Yes. Over the past six months, we've been testing out our products across Manchester venues, supplying a range of events and conferences. We've also been collaborating with deluxe sandwich makers Robert & Victor on Oxford Road, and the legendary Rustica in the Northern Quarter.

Not yet. Presently we supply businesses, large events and conferences with plant-based products. In early 2022 we will be developing our B2C capacity, giving consumers direct access to our product range via our website. 

Yes. We recently partnered with several companies to take over a parcel of land in North Yorkshire, covering more than 30 hectares. Here we will work with our collaborators to improve sustainable food production processes in the UK. We will start work on the farm in early 2022.

Yes. Our priority is to consider how we can store carbon in the soil as part of our net zero activity; it’s not just about how much food we can grow! We will incorporate regenerative agricultural design methodologies on the farm, such as agroforestry and forest gardening, which are some of the most sustainable land-based food systems for the UK's temperate forest climate. 

Yes. We craft our products working alongside some of the best chefs in the industry, and we work with one of the leading manufacturers in the UK. 

No. We will always endeavour to get the primary ingredients such as mushrooms, herbs, and perennials in the UK, but there may be some additional spices and other ingredients which may not be available from the UK.

Yes. We want to actively support regenerative agriculture through well-designed food systems such as agroforestry and forest gardening. As we develop our farmland, we will use these design tools to investigate the best ways to grow UK-sustainable crops for our expanding product range.

Yes. Our manufacturer is BRC AA accredited by NSF, with a double A star. They have Grade AA+ AIB certification, are Soil Association organic registered, RSPO supply chain certified, and Red Tractor licensed.
