Dr Vincent Walsh founded Herblabism with the aim to provide more circular and regenerative food products for the UK market.
He has 15 years’ experience in the food sector working as a consultant designer and academic.
David Priseman
Commercial Director
David has 30 years' experience working for specialist consultancies, major banks and private equity houses as well as independently advising entrepreneurs. He has also served on boards ranging from £1 million to £120 million turnover.
David is currently on the board of a software company and a mentor on the Shake Climate Change Programme. He has always been impressed by Vincent's passion, knowledge and drive.
Being involved in the agri-tech sector, he is excited to be working with Herblabism; a company that draws on regenerative farming to bring high-quality, plant-based food to the consumer.
Phoebe Ryan
Copywriter & Content Strategist
Phoebe has worked as a freelance copywriter, with a specialism in the independent food & drinks industry, for a decade.
In that time, she has been part of teams which have helped to launch and support countless stellar independent food brands, from Gujarati street food and craft beer purveyors Bundobust to Northern Monk, North Brewing Co., and the influential Leeds Indie Food festival.
After completing undergraduate and Master's study in Leeds, she relocated to rural Cumbria five years ago.
